To accomplish this we consider the intended result then recommend and install the necessary components. What we do NOT do is offer a one size fits all product sitting on a shelf. This is great for retailers wanting to clear the shelves and reap the profits, but it is risky and often ill fated for people who simply want technology to HELP with the larger picture. Considering all the available options and making an informed decision requires more attention to details than a retailer is able to provide when dealing with constant store traffic.
People are often put off or otherwise uncomfortable with salesmen following them around or trying to sell them something they do not need. In the other direction, especially at say Christmas time, there is noone in sight to help and the frustration of this coupled with the pressure of gift shopping can be overwhelming.

Hours upon hours of frustration and needless driving around can be avoided this way. Furthermore, you will not be left with the feeling that you are on your own after this process is complete. And you will NOT end up talking to someone in a third world country when problems arise. For many this alone is priceless. Having experienced the "train the trainer" mentality when calling for tech support leaves a bitter taste that persists. We know this very well, and we have designed our services with this in mind.
